depending how big is your snail.. and not forgetting, you need to add on a piggyback for your snail..
wherelse, if you are looking into TD04, it shouldn't be a problem..
more info, ask someone with snail, bro ronin..

Believe it depends on the type of boost you are looking at. If it's a relatively low boost snail, our engine and parts can probably take the low level extra stress, all things considered, Japanese cars are made with alot of buffers for errors.
If you're talking about serious boosting then the cost will definitely be very much higher with the need to change the conrods, upgrade to forged pistons, a racing clutch, a high end intercooler kit and the like. Also, addition of wastegate, upgraded fuel pumps, probably change new fuel rails, suspension systems for the chassis to be able to take the stress, meters for monitoring of engine temp, boost. vacuum and the like...alot of stuff bro.
Not to mention, as Masquerade said, no matter high or lowboost turbo, the add ons need to be tuned with a piggyback ECU.
Correct anot silver sensei ronin? Yours is low or high ah? ;D
